It is our philosophy at Edge Learning of Montana that in order for a person to be an effective employee, manager, spouse, or parent, that person must first be an effective "human becoming." That means taking charge of one's own actions, decisions, and attitudes. That means having a strong, healthy self-image. That means motivating yourself to do the things that are important to you - things that are in line with your goals and values.

We teach all of these things in a fun, non-threatening format. It is our goal to offer programs that instead of trying to make people better employees, we strive to make employees better people.
